OfferUp - The way they've got this setup is just ridiculous why have customer service numbers if you don't have customer service Representatives available

Well let's see your customer service phone numbers need to be taken offline because you can't get through there is no customer service to speak to it's *** I just called one number one time to find out that it's a recording and you're not going to get your questions answered they tell you that flat-out then I called the second number and if there's some Walmart gift card promotion going on where you trying to get more money out of your customers I'm trying to get my money back and then I got hung up on so I called again and before getting to the Walmart promotion which is the only way that you can actually speak to somebody by the way I told the gentleman that I just wanted to talk to somebody about an issue he asked me what it was I told him he told me oh no it's not a scam I said how do you know that what I was trying to purchase wasn't a scam when you don't even know what it was I was trying to purchase and he hung up on me also this is a piss-poor way to do business . This experience right here I've made it to where I don't ever want to shop online again I'll just go in person in the store where I know what I'm getting what I'm paying for and if I have a problem with it I can take it back to the store and have them deal with me in person immediately this is ridiculous I think it's the companies that are scamming not people not individuals and companies set it up so that you're forced to purchase through them by not returning your money
User's recommendation: Do it the old-fashioned way shop in person in a store.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
