Purchased a fake item

Just purchased a fake item from a young man, saying that he purchased it new; for his previous girlfriend. We did a cursory inspection, however after getting home; we checked it out.

After watching a video of the item, it was very apparent that it was fake. The name of the gentleman is Koko, the messages took place on November 7 2024; and meeting time was for 2pm

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It actually hasn’t resolved my issue because they said I should reach out to their support team which isn’t easy to do

Hello, my name is Lionel Castodio and I received an email today from offer up saying they cancelled the payment from Andria Melendez I'm assuming because I did not ship in the three days. But I have not received any communication from you about the sale or email with the shipping label.

I also only show limited conversations in my inbox, and on my phone, and I no longer get the "cha-ching" sound that really helps me know when to check my account.

I would appreciate you checking these things out but most of all I want the sell of those handheld games be put back thru, I really need the sale. Thank You, Lionel Castodio

My husband was trying to buy something from a person but this person told him that the item my husband was trying to buy Couldnt be sent by OfferUp shipping because he said that only small packages could be sent. Is this possible?

For OfferUp shipping, items generally must be small enough to fit into a standard shipping box, with a maximum weight limit of 20 lbs and dimensions no longer than 18 inches in combined length and girth.

Scammed item

I was dealing with the seller for a while regarding a bike seat. At first they explained to me they were on vacation that they would send the item when they come back.

But i already purchased the item so offer up canceled the order because it was past the allotted time . I then proceeded to purchase the item again when they explained to me they were returning but they told me they werent able to make it to the post office in time . So i then attempted to make a third purchase because they explained to me they were at the post office .

I was trying to make a purchase but offer up wasnt allowing me to purchase the item Again. They were messaging me back and forth in different texts telling me their email that i need to make a payment to PayPal as I did and once they received the payment they stopped contacting me and they are not responding to my messages
