I purchased two hats. Both designer counterfeit.
One wasnt too bad so daughter kept n wore. Other was unwearable as was made of paper! Who can wear a paper hat? Listed as high quality designer.
I asked to return one but seller said must go through offer up. Then he declined return because one was worn. I said only wanted to return the one so I did with label provided by offer up. I got an email saying must return both of work it out with seller but it was in my spam folder and only saw after returning the paper hat.
Seller did not want the used hat naturally and I only want refund of second hat anyway. He has not responded to my last email. Hat was delivered and I want my money. Please let me know how to proceed before I open claim with American Express .
And as Im sure you know selling replicas illegal anyway. I will except just $25 for second hat. Nowhere did it say that if I purchase two or more items all need to be returned or I would have purchased separately. This policy is absurd.
