I have not been able to log in to my account. Says Ip address is banned.

I don't understand why I'm having this issue. I'm not super tech literate and am unable to resolve on my own. I've received via email customer inquiries, however I am not able to reply. Please someone assist me with resolving this issue.

Thank you in advance for your attention and any assistance in resolving this problem. I have tried contact via email but receive the same problem. I'm not mad at offer up. Posting here only because I haven't been able to find a phone number or contact via any other method.

I guess if I had a complaint it would be not being able to speak with someone and easily figuring out how to resolve.

I am old school and find it difficult to communicate in this new day and age. Thank you in advance for your assistance..

This happened to me Just download cyber ghost itโ€™s a vpn use a vpn change the server frequently thatโ€™s all I had to do and changed my password as well from the mobile site..

I got the new iPhone 11. I know I have to sign in again to all my apps, but this one thinks Iโ€™m trying to set up a new account - not!

- and says the email is used already. It wants me to reset my password. I try that, and it still gets to the same screen.

I had things in my account on the old phone, and I canโ€™t access them. The thing about apps is thereโ€™s no one to call for customer service, and no website support either

When i put in my zip code and sign in it tells me "logged out"?? i sign in again and keeps telling me logged out?

anyone having similar issues. started having this problem september

My OfferUp keeps logging me out automatically, and almost instantly. I don't know what to do- and I also created a new account but it says "payment failed" or "something went wrong" its *** me off drastically.
