So my account was removed for apparently violating community guidelines and posting rules, I never got an explanation of this. If also emailed offerup customer service numerous times from multiple different emails and someone will respond and then just ignore my email after I respond to them.
And lastly I had a sale being shipped when my account was removed, and it was delivered 2 days ago, and I still have not gotten paid yet.
The email from my offer up account is Laselle06@***.com. Whenever I email offerup from a different email that's on my account, they ask me what's the email on my account and I respond to them, and they give me a message saying this Hi,
Your account has been removed from OfferUp due to violations of our Community Guidelines and Posting Rules.
Please be aware that opening a new account once your account has been removed is not allowed.
This is very frustrating and the support team is not helping at all.
