What a joke!!! They want $8.00 a month.

Seems like you can only buy locally? This company is difficult to get a hold of and its systems are designed to squeeze money from us.

The entire shipping fiasco is so unprofessional. Sellers have no idea what shipping costs are.

Just to clarify, our Premium subscription is entirely optional. You can still use OfferUp for free, and the subscription helps us maintain the platform while offering additional features for those who choose it. As for shipping, costs vary based on item weight (up to 20lbs) and are displayed clearly before you confirm the purchase, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We want to make sure the process is transparent, so there are no surprises.

To avoid delays or unresponsive sellers, I personally like to reach out to the seller first before making an offer, just to confirm that they’re active and able to ship on time. Also, keep an eye out for the Responsiveness tag on a seller’s profile — this shows how quickly a user typically replies and can help you connect with someone more responsive. We truly appreciate your input and are always working to improve the experience for everyone.

Charge for service for 2nd time

I was upset the first time when I was charged. I had no luck at all selling my furniture, which I now have to pay to give it away, and they wouldn't reverse it.

I was told to cancel the subscription. My son and I both checked and saw no box to tick off.

Their customer service is terrible. I've been contacting them since September 5th and have sent about ten emails, but my account issue is still unresolved. I can't confirm if they're working on it, as I only receive repeated automated replies with no real help from a person.

I just changed to 6 Pendent lights at $25 each can be sold individually

They are beautiful and like new. Why do I get any call. You say many views

I purchased a Paperwhite Kindle from a person on your site. At first, they were okay with Zelle, then they wanted an Apple or Factory C gift card.

When I was unable to find them, they went back and agreed to Zelle.

I sent the money and received no product. The seller says they didn't receive the money, but I sent verification from the bank stating they received it.

So I use the free trial for the promotion plus plan, it just increased the number of scams that I was getting

Cannot reach a human being Computer does not understand my reason for contact

I posted a product for sale and received a response from someone practicing fraudulent activity. I was unable to reach a human being as I wanted to report this person.

Your computer system does not recognize fraud as my issue, and keeps looping, asking for the exact same information. Poor and inadequate customer service.

Click the "..." button in the top right corner. 3. Follow the prompts to report the user. In the final step, you will have the option to block them as well.

Hello, my name is Lionel Castodio and I received an email today from offer up saying they cancelled the payment from Andria Melendez I'm assuming because I did not ship in the three days. But I have not received any communication from you about the sale or email with the shipping label.

I also only show limited conversations in my inbox, and on my phone, and I no longer get the "cha-ching" sound that really helps me know when to check my account.

I would appreciate you checking these things out but most of all I want the sell of those handheld games be put back thru, I really need the sale. Thank You, Lionel Castodio
