Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to keep contacting customer service an sending emails until I got my money

Blocked with no reason or explanation as to why

Ive been blocked without good reason nor explanation as to why. Ive tried numerous times to reach out to customer service to no avail. The phone numbers do not provide any assistance, the live chat is not active and email is blocked. OfferUp asks for us to be ethical yet they lack ethics not only in my circumstance but in many other situations I am reading about online and have previously experienced. Providing quality ethical customer service is not something OfferUp practices.

I can't cancel my subscription

I was not able to get the result that I favored due to the companys policies. In was not able to cancel my subscription to the Promote Plus and it charged my credit card at an undesirable time.

So how my account got disabled

I tried to log in my account and all of sudden my account is disabled, come on now I have not done nothing wrong , I've been a great candidate to this app and my buyers. Please retrieve my account, I had it for a while now ain't no way I wasn't following guidelines, please please please fix this issues, I do appreciate the time and effort you guys put in, thank you very much, Blessings!

Did not receive payment for sold item

I did not receive payment for a sale I made to customer, item was $60, customer acknowledged receipt of item, I mailed item out but post office delivered item late so while items were in transit, customer cancelled the item, then received it anyway. I reached out to OfferUp and OfferUp stated that I cancelled, when it clearly stated that customer had cancelled, never the less, customer claims her account has been swept for payment from OfferUp, but I never received any credit to my account

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. seller did not ship after knowing I canceled with my credit card company. If item does not ship offer up refunds funds automatically
