I bought a 55in smart Tv that has a vertical line coming up the sceen and poor picture quality from Bailey Jo. I asked her to plug it in on an outlet on the porch and she told me the outlet didn't work.
She assured me it worked fine and she said she takes very good care of her tv's. It still had the plastic covering on the screen. She told me a sob story about getting a divorce and was very personable. I believed her.
When I plugged it in at home I saw the problems and called her. She said it worked fine when she used it last. I told her I wanted to return it and she said she already spent the money. She blocked me from her page after this.
I feel like I have been scammed on this purchase. Is there any recourse?
