The offer up phone number recording said that they will not return calls on this phone number so theres no point in calling that number

Jo Jo sold me a fridge for $240. The icemaker is not dispensing ice and I texted him called him and messaged him on offer up with no response.

He told me there would be a 45 day warranty and after that for one year but I had to pay for parts. I know I shouldve got it in writing however, I didnt thats still should count. And I paid cash. I still feel that he needs to hold up his end of the deal and come fix the icemaker.

Everything else is working great on the fridge though, so Im not complaining about the fridge. I just want the icemaker to dispense ice as it should!

Preferred solution: The icemaker to dispense ice so he needs to hold up his deal and uphold the 45 day warranty. He told me I have 45 day warranty and after up to a year but pay for parts. Now I don’t get any response.

I can't get a hold of anyone at Offerup to change the payment method on the receipt for a purchase I've made. I've updated my account to reflect the credit card information to my current credit card, but the payment method on the receipt is not updated yet. Transaction 20957****. You can not charge anything to the old credit card. You need to use the current info with is on my account. Thank you. At this point nothing has been done. I filled out a report.

I’m waiting for offer up to take him off. They haven’t done anything or got back with me still out of my money.

My first time ordering something that should be shipped From a guy named Jeremy Charles, and at this point, hes not answering my calls or my text sent him the money through Zelle been trying to find out through OfferUp what can I do or do they got some type of way to protect people that are on their app. Its just very disappointing.

Item was pay but not shipped

I paid for the item, the seller got my money, but there has been absolutely no communication with the seller. Offer-up customer service is non-existent. Pay with credit card so you can dispute the fraud with the bank.

I been scammed

My name is Gary Levin,on February 2,24 I purchased on line from Greg P a 7qt Kitchenaid mixing bowl. On February 5,24 I received the package. Scamed

This site hasn't given me my money back...it is filled with fake accounts trying to steal money..you can tell all of the accounts that are fake...then there is no number that they will answer on it seems like the entire website is a huge scam..I need to get my money back or I will have to file a lawsuit
