I think Offer Up should regulate some of these sellers who don't mark items that are sold and don't reply to your questions. They should also cancel items that's been on after three months.

There are several items that I sent question to and never replied. I was texting a person named Marialejandra on the Offer Up question section and then I asked her to set up a time and place and a address so I can mapquest it and then noticed then fifteen minutes later she marked item sold and I asked her if she was holding it for me and of coarse no answer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

OfferUp Pros: Easy to sell and buy.

OfferUp Cons: Non existent customer service, People not returning your question with answers.

Location: Kissimmee, Florida

I think OfferUp and LetGo should regulate customers that don't respond to sellers. I love it when a customer will ask me questions about my items for a good 20 minutes.

But when I reply with an amount or location that they are not happy with, nothing. No reply, no " I'm sorry I'm no longer interested". And I love the ones that say they'll meet you but dont.

Waste of my dang time. Those people should have their accounts deleyed.

How would they regulate their ad posters? It is like Craigslist or the newspaper ad.

If someone does not respond, keep looking.

People have lives outside the internet.

I sell and buy on Offerup too, but I am not glued to my phone or my computer. I answer messages and offers when I have time.

No, you don't need to be glued to computer, that's true. But if you're a seller and somebody's interested in your items you should answer in a timely matter, personally I find up to 48 hours ok.

If you sold the item mark it as sold.

If it's not available anymore take it off.

That's common courtesy. Otherwise you're wasting other people's time.
