In my opinion it seems there are fake accounts and people who respond to SEEM there real asking about your items but actually just employees or associated with them. It's like a pattern that repeats even worse then Craigslist which I thought nothing was worse but I was wrong.

Get 10 responses and only one seems legit. Seems sellers are more legit but buyers are....

yeah. Won't give up on site yet but that day is fast approaching.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Location: Sacramento, California

I had response 29 (that's me) and I agree. I think they pay people to respond to get more businesses to buy our email addresses.

Since I signed up, my email is flooded with cash offers, attorneys and weird offers.

The more responses, businesses think it's a great deal. Advertising is how they make money since sign up is free.

People text me 15x. On their way, be there after work, etc never show.

Ask if item has stain or imperfections, well if it didn't I would sell it for $300 not $50.

They want more pics but won't give phone#, but want your address. I have sold several items, but seems like full time job for $20. I am on the fence as well..I will see how it goes, but so far. I live in apartment so can't do garage sales.

Thought was perfect solution! Good luck to you

I've noticed the same thing. People who seem interested but dont follow through.

And the thing is they all approach the sale in the same overly formal way: "I would like to buy your _______ for x dollars" perhaps a follow up response and then they're never heard from again. I was worried they were skimming info from me somehow but its more likely employees of the company generating fake interest for the fledgling app.
